Shipping
We ship from within the United States via USPS. USPS is reliable, fast, and can deliver to P.O. boxes when needed.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Yes — orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 are charged shipping at checkout based on weight and destination.

Products & Storage
No. Our peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form and require reconstitution with a suitable diluent, such as bacteriostatic water, prior to research use. Bacteriostatic water and other supplies are sold separately.
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature during standard shipping and should be stored according to the instructions on each product page for longer-term holding. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe appropriate for that compound. Proper storage after delivery is the responsibility of the researcher.
Lyophilized peptides naturally vary in appearance — color, texture, and fill level differ based on the compound’s amino acid structure, molecular weight, and the lyophilization process. These variations do not indicate a purity issue.
Our products are tested for purity and identity by an independent U.S. laboratory.
